We can't say enough about the time Heather spent helping us find a place for my mom while navigating some of the insurance issues. Golden Lodge is a beautiful place, both inside and out. Not to mention the people there are kind and patient.

The director never returns phone calls regarding refund they owe. Customer service with front office has always been poor when my mom was at memory care. The care givers can be very good to lazy. I would stay away from this place
