The director never returns phone calls regarding refund they owe. Customer service with front office has always been poor when my mom was at memory care. The care givers can be very good to lazy. I would stay away from this place
Heather is working hard to turn around the problems with past management. She's tuned in and committed to the improvements which we are seeing. As an outside service provider, we're noticing the changes which stable leadership has brought.
