My experience was not a good one, my FIL was at this place for 6 months and nothing was what it seemed. This was a lot of constant follow up and frustration. This place will give you a lot of promises when you are touring but they DO NOT follow through. Understaffed. Cannot give could care with all-inclusive rates. If your loved one needs more than average care and you get in on a deal, they will not provide the care. Poor communication. Heather never returns calls or emails many times. The Memory care staff at Golden Lodge was so caring and patient either my mom. They helped her feel at home and comfortable when she moved in. I highly recommend Golden Lodge as a caring, supportive place. We were able to reach staff and ask questions. We were able to visit at any time. Overall it’s a positive place for my mother to be.

My experience was not a good one, my FIL was at this place for 6 months and nothing was what it seemed. They were all talk that they would take care of him,which they did not he was a high fall risk.My wife and I had to constantly ask to see when they would fix his phone and his wifi for 6 months never got fixed, the care staff had to be told to clean his room and take out the trash

Front desk worker Dewey was very unprofessional not friendly at all instead of getting me the help he decided to argue with me. Put all that effort into arguing and no effort into helping.
