Best facility!! Would give 100 stars
I just spent an hours with my light on because I did not receive my lunch. I had to go down to the nurses station with no O2(no one was there) to use the microwave to get some hot water to make some soup, this is not the first time this has happened. They either need more staff or better staff and better scheduling to make sure that people are taken care of in a timely manner.
I did share that I was taken of. The food was bad. I rang my bell and no one would show up. I had was soaked in diarrhea. I ended up getting so raw. the people are Great but the patient needs help
I am amazed at the high rating this facility is showing, I had a horrible experience here last year; 10 days of extremely poor care that landed me in ICU for septic shock. Please do your research before sending a family member to this location.
