Awful!!! The facility is bad but what's worse are the employees. Poor management n bad attitudes in every department from the social workers to the charge nurse. The food that's served is putrid. Everyone's hiding or covering each other's mistakes n lack of comprehension on how to appropriately care for the elderly or end of life in that facility. Keep a close on on ur family on that facility n document everything for their protection.
Good resident care very bad management in the Dietary Departmemt. Manager only cares about herself and not residents or employees.
Very conscientious and responsive.
Very poor patient care takes very long to get any body to respond to request for atention.
