I represent a team of real estate agents in Denver, CO. Recently one of my agents was involved in the sale of a property. The buyer involved used Golden Lending, specifically David Robbins. David was unwilling to help the buyer and seller in an attempt to have a reconsideration of value performed after a lower appraisal was received. 3/30/21 Unfortunately, when I called Mr W******* of Lokation Real Estate initially he had no idea who or why I was calling. After sorting this out I explained to Mr W******* that the appraisal was completed on 3/23/21 and that the Buyer and the Buyer's Agent had received the appraisal that came in less than value and a review would be ordered unless there would be some type of additional comparables to help substantiate the offer price that the Seller/Buyer agreed too.
