Today Ashley Mattia got fired for telling another coworker her salary, per MN law. Every Minnesota employer must comply with the Wage Disclosure Protection law in the Women's Economic Security Act. Under this law, no employer can prohibit employees from disclosing their own wages (see Minnesota Statutes 181.172). I told Ashley to take this to court because Ashley is black you guys want to do this to her, and the white girl also told Ashley her salary, and why you guys did not fire her coworker only Ashley.
