The residents are amazing, however the management needs a lot of work! Staff is always in drama due to asst. manager causing it! They don’t care who they hire just as long as they have a body to cover the floor so they don’t have to work it! Managers are liars and will say anything to cover their tracks! Just terrible
It's been quite an experience, but it is getting better and better. The residents are amazing. So are the boss's here. Iam so thankful working here at Golden Horizons. We have great crew that follows great team work. Iam truely blessed, I love being with the resident and having fun with them.
Golden Horizons has been a great career choice for me. They work with their staff to become successful in their positions. I would recommend Golden Horizons to outside caregivers looking for a career change.
