For our family, putting dad in any home other than his own home was a negative. My mind was changed by Golden Hearts. Dad went from living in a hospital bed at home for five months without getting out of it to being up in a wheelchair and even standing up to shower immediately upon his arrival at Golden Hearts. Golden Hearts is a wonderful home for our father. They take incredible care of him. He is safe and well taken care of and we do not worry about him when we are not there with him. The owners, George and Pauline, are family to us as well as their entire staff. They provide gentle, loving care for their residents.

My mom was at Golden Hearts for more than two years. I cannot call it a facility because it is a HOME with staff that treated my mom and our family - like family. I always knew my mom was safe and well taken care of. She was treated with grace and dignity until her final days. God Bless George and Pauline for the home they provide for our loved ones.

My father lived here for 2 years and has never had better care than this home. He was happy, well fed, entertained and all basic needs taken care of always. The staff is kind and compassionate and handle things with humble service to their residents. The owners George and Pauline are wonderful to work with and always available if I had questions or concerns. My Dad was 95 years old with Parkinson's and Sundowner's. He was at times very obstinate because of this but the staff handled him with courtesy and patience.
