A VERY powerful hour. Monique has a way of getting to the root of things without ever making you feel rushed or judged. If you need help *thoroughly* untangling what’s underneath with care and clarity, I highly recommend her!
I have been carrying trauma all my life. Although I have seen many therapists, no one has been as effective as Monique from Dare to Heal. She just doesn't "listen." She is "proactive" in teaching the skills to deal with those negative thoughts and/or feelings and helped provide the tools to turn them into positive ones.
