I am very disappointed with the pickup process for Golden Gate Transportation. I scheduled a pickup for my 80-year-old parents at 4:30 PM from a doctor’s appointment. I was initially told a driver would be on the way in 15–20 minutes after dropping off another patient. After 30 minutes passed with no pickup, I called again and was told the same thing. I called to schedule a pick up three days in advanced, it was arranged at 6:30 AM I call to notify the dispatcher of the situation and best they can do is have some guy that hasn't dropped off a client at IHOP, I knew right there I had to cancel the ride and an important surgery, thx Golden Gate do better!!!!!!!
Do not do business with this company they do not help you at all they just want to fight and argue with you. I tired settling up service with this horrible company for an ob appointment in Denver and they fought me over having the forms sent out that was needing after I had told them many time that my ob had already got them and received them back twice they just wanted to play games with me. Hmm I'm not sure what Heidi is talking about I've only ever had AMAZING experiences with Golden gate. The girls in the office are so accommodating and efficient. I've been with this company for years and will stay as long as possible. Oh and the short hold time isn't a negative in anyway! I want to conduct my business and go on about my day i get the feeling Heidi posts a lot of reviews like this .... Wonder if that makes it a her problem..hope this helps Heidi.
