Spoke with a nice gentleman at the senior resource fair in La Junta, he was friendly and knowledgeable and made it seem like a great company. I called in yesterday to try and get some more information as I can really use some help getting to my appointments and unfortunately the lady who answered the phone, Ashley, was extremely rude and seemed like she had zero patience for my questions. It is such a shame because I had really hoped to use the company for assistance.
Not professional at all. I called. Spoke to Olivia and asked her if they do pick up and drop offs in my location. She put me on hold then told me they do helped me send some forms to some doctors. Then the following week after my doctor submitted all the forms I was told that they can't pick me up from my home but then they can drop me off from the location to my home which is ridiculous. They should not be on Medicaid transportation list for Cheyenne County . But most important they shouldn't lie to people.
Thank You, For your Courteous Staff & Drivers and for Having a Golden Service.
