My grandmother loves this place because it allows seniors to interact with others and get needed help. Still, the staff, especially their coordinator, Sylvia, has been unkind to the members in many ways, and her attitude is unacceptable. I hope this review gets to the right personnel, and you can make any necessary changes. Overall, everyone else is very friendly and willing to help others.

This is a good place for persons of age to get help and to also meet other people in the age group. English and Spanish and I believe Creole but you'll have to double-check on that. The staff there is very helpful and extremely nice. They really do care about the older people in Collier County.
