I was asked to assist La Tonia as a witness to an Estate Planning. I have worked with many notaries, but La Tonia's efficiency and attention to detail was stellar. She made the environment so comfortable that the signers felt as if they were in the presence of a well beloved member of the family. I must say I learned a lot about the customer relation aspect of being a mobile notary simply by observing La Tonia.
