After years of disappointments, I have to write this review. I take the ferry 1-2 times per week from Sausalito to SF and back. The ferry service itself is usually a few minutes late but generally good. But the people who work there have no idea that we passengers are the customers and that they are in the service business. Super puntuales, pero te abren la sala de espera 20 min antes de la salida, asi es que es un poco incomodo esperar fuera (hay rejas) . Por suerte si estás con tiempo está un centro con restaurantes a 10 min cruzando la avenida.

I’ve taken the Giants ferry quite a few times this year with my daughter to the games. We usually sit next to the snack bar when we get on. The one constant are the 2 guys who work that bar. I’ve always observed them to be friendly, courteous, customer service oriented. On the ferry home from the giants game Friday September 26th. Ferry is great they only charge 8 dollars from ferry building to Sausalito and back to ferry building (if you choose to stay back in the ferry, its the same ferry which does to-and-fro between Sausalito and ferry building. But the bar inside the ferry is terrible. They charge a lot for simple drinks. They charged me $34 dollars for a double jim beam. You can probably get the whole bottle in that amount 😀 Whoever is reading this post, please make sure if you buy anything from the ferry bar check prices .
