I purchased two chairs from Burlington Coat Factory that Golden Chair manufactured. The first chair was returned due to the nail sticking out from the back of it being a safety hazard. I brought the chair a second time, and when my husband opened the plastic, and to put the chair together, he noticed the chair was damaged. It has several rips and tears in the upholstery.
