I visited Sammie 2 weeks before a 100k with lower calf pain that sprung up seemingly out of nowhere. It made running anything over 15 miles unbearable. Golden Endurance has become a home for all my endurance sport needs. I stumbled upon them looking for a bike fitting and now they are my go to go physical therapy and some needed endurance inspiration. Gabe did an expert medical bike fit for my gravel bike I couldn’t ride >40 miles without intense knee pain. We did one tune up after a century ride and it’s been pain free since. This is my second time having a Golden Endurance Coach and it again did not disappoint! I began working with Mark Marzen in January 2025.
