I visited Gabe when I needed help diagnosing and treating persistent pain in my feet. He took a comprehensive approach to understand my problems and body before designing a program specific to me. Over a few months, he helped resolve my pain, build strength and generated a program for PT I use to this day. He's knowledgable and understands runners/endurance athletes. Highly recommend Gabe and Golden Endurance.
Gabe and the whole Golden Endurance team are the absolute best. I connected with Gabe shortly after moving back to CO and getting foot surgery. He helped me get back on the trails through a personalized approach based on my specific situation and long-term goals. Highly recommend!
I had surgery on my torn meniscus in summer 2023 and worked with Sammie on PT and strength following that injury. I was even able to complete my first 100 mile race this past September 2024. The personalized attention and training that GE provides is a huge reason my first 100 mile race went well. I highly recommend Golden Endurance for coaching along with pt and injury prevention!
I love Golden Endurance! I saw Sammie and she was excellent - thorough, knowledgeable and really helpful creating a plan that fit into my time constraints and goals. Can’t recommend them enough!!
