I visited Sammie 2 weeks before a 100k with lower calf pain that sprung up seemingly out of nowhere. It made running anything over 15 miles unbearable. Sammie spent the full hour actually caring and trying to find the root cause. 2 weeks later I crossed the 100k finish line feeling strong. Can't recommend enough
Golden Endurance has become a home for all my endurance sport needs. I stumbled upon them looking for a bike fitting and now they are my go to go physical therapy and some needed endurance inspiration. Gabe did an expert medical bike fit for my gravel bike I couldn’t ride >40 miles without intense knee pain. We did one tune up after a century ride and it’s been pain free since. This is my second time having a Golden Endurance Coach and it again did not disappoint! I began working with Mark Marzen in January 2025. I’ve been working with Sammie as my run coach and PT - I can’t recommend her enough. I just ran my first marathon as a new mom with an 11 month old and I wouldn’t have made it to the finish line without her.
