Muhudin loves IT challenges and when I was telling him in passing the problem with getting APN settings on my iphone, he voluntarily offered to look at it for no charge and quickly resolved the issue. He also told me what he did so that in the future I will have a better chance of sorting the problem out should it happen again. His personality and service was amazing. Am really lucky I met him by chance!
