So after going over this accident in my head for two days trying to figure out the cause beings at 56 I hadn't been involved in an accident since I was a teenager it dawned on me that the pickup truck that pulled out on the hwy in front of me & stopped had no brake lights. So I contacted CHP officer JM Flores & told him who knew the pickup belonged to this hay company & the only thing at the intersection on one corner was a Hayfield. This business is okay with using the Imperial CHP to help keep their insurance rates down by lying & screwing disabled people out of getting their vehicles replaced when one of their employees in a company pickup with no brake lights pulls out on the hwy & stops because all he wanted was on the other side of the big drain ditch but now there are cars coming in the other direction so he sits & watches smoke come off my locked up tires leaving me nowhere to go but under his pickup truck & CHP Jm Flores & his supervisor change ... read more
