I called about the status of my order. I asked why it won’t ship until 6/8 when the check posted on 5/25 (money WAS removed from my account). She said that they wait until the check clears before shipping. I explained AGAIN that they already had the money (according to my bank). She then said that there were a lot of orders and there was a backlog. She did all of this without my account number or order number. She never asked for either! Terrible. They have sent me circulated coins and marketed them as BU. Will not buy from them again.
