I called about the status of my order. I asked why it won’t ship until 6/8 when the check posted on 5/25 (money WAS removed from my account). She said that they wait until the check clears before shipping. I explained AGAIN that they already had the money (according to my bank). She then said that there were a lot of orders and there was a backlog. She did all of this without my account number or order number. She never asked for either!
