Incredibly unprofessional behavior. I contacted Pouran to reschedule an appointment with ample time for her to respond. I don’t mind waiting for a response especially if a person is busy, but I received a message from her almost two weeks later at 12:10pm, telling me to come in at 12:30pm. Seriously? I recently went to Golden Diamond Med Spa in Garland for Botox and laser treatments, and I’m really impressed! Pouran did such a great job — very professional, friendly, and skilled. The staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The place is also super clean and well-organized, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality service and great results!
