unfair payment policy they spring at the last moment The Golden Day Spa was a nice enough experience - the massage was relaxing and the spa was relaxing. My only beef with them is they charge you more if you use your credit card vs. paying in cash. If I had known that in advance, I would have brought enough cash with me. I was more than just a little irritated with this surprise policy and made sure the manager knew it.
