This review was done on 3/725. Getting a lot better now with the new owners and management team but still not happy living next door to a dump of a mobile home. New owners and managers are fixing a lot of stuff in this park that needs fixing that has been bad for years. Other owners in the past knew this park needed a lot of work and did nothing about it. Finally new owners and management cares about safety and getting this park in shape.
Today is October/16/24 of this review. Great start on my neighbor cleaning up her lot AGAIN and hopefully her mobile home soon. I should not have to complain every couple months on my neighbor if she was following the rules of this park like the rest of us have to do. The way the outside is I doubt the inside is livable. The other owner and management did actually very little on all my complaints about my neighbors dump of a mobile home for the past 6 years. Going to a whopping 2 stars instead of a 1 star. No comment, took down my review since Google or who ever blocked it for people to see. I guess I have to live next door to a mobile home that nobody lives in for going on 6 years now and doesn’t keep up her place. Yes I guess she is paying rent for three cats to live in it but I looked up the California senior mobile home park civil code 798.4 must be occupied by a human being. I guess I did leave a comment. A lot cleaner though.
