Used to love this place. It's gone down hill unfortunately. Normally go in early in week Mondays or tuesday nights. Whenever the boss isn't there it's terrible. Unorganised, staff bickering with each other, customers waiting ages and orders messed up. It's really noticeable how much it's got worse. Shame

All staff members looked like they wanted to be somewhere else and were miserable when spoken to. Waited for our order and watched it be completed (was unsure it was until we asked) only for them to leave it sat on the bench while they had a good chat and kept going out the back to talk to another staff member. Two other customers who came in after us walked out before us. It wasn't until we asked if all our food was in the bags, that they checked and handed it over without an apology or speaking to us. As someone who’s worked in a chicken shop before, how are you guys still in business?? Your gravy is like salty jelly water, no flavour at all it’s gross. Chips aren’t even crunchy, your chicken snitzel pack was like rubber. Like seriously how long was that chicken snitzel in the warmer for 😭😭😭WHY ARE THE PEAS HARD???? How can u mess that up. Roast potato’s are literally whole roasted potato’s. No cinnamon sugar on the pineapple fritter. No prawns in the seafood salad. The list goes on. Yall need some help or some better ... read more
