Always late!!! Didn't show up for her return left a 88 year old in a scooter outside a closed doctor office for 2 plus hours!!! Don't answer there phone!!! No emergency number
My ride got canceled because they didn't have an available driver. No call. No text. No email. I found out the morning of my appointment that no one was coming. Extremely poor customer service.
This was my first and last experience. Driver was 45 minutes late to take me to a medical appointment. My provider was gracious to accept me late, instead of canceling and charging a cancellation fee. Car smelled like cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. The return driver was exactly on time. He called and I rejected the call, since I was still with the doctor, due to my late arrival at the clinic.
