I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the transportation services (or lack thereof) provided by Golden Care Transportation for my grandmother’s scheduled oncology appointment. The service provided was not only unreliable, but also resulted in the cancellation of an important medical appointment, which is unacceptable. I have been calling this company to inquire about transportation service(s), however I am constantly given bogus times that “someone returned my call at 6:53pm on 3/31/2025” and I looked at my call log and this info was not accurate. I was promised a call back on Wednesday 3/2/2025 when I was informed the lady who handles scheduling would return my call was in a DOT meeting. Did she call me back? Not at all. This is a great company to use if you need transport for your elderly loved ones. I was in a pinch and needed a transport right away. They fit me in, we're on time and had an awesome and very polite and kind driver. Pick these guys!!!

This is my grandmothers experience.. how terrible!! —-I wanted to say something about the transport company that brought me home from rehab facility tonight (Nov 15). It was called 'Golden Care Transport Service out of Maumee, OH. Arrangements were made on Tues Nov 13 by the Asst Dir of Nursing and the social worker - including them bringing a wheelchair to transport me at 4:30 pm. Al transported me 2 times to Dr appts after I fell and broke my leg. He was absolutely wonderful and right on time and I would recommend him and this company to anyone needing help with transportation.
