New ownership failed to meet my two older parents needs in a timely manner on a two bike tune up. Big and small details all too numerous to name messed up. Front and back tires switched around and installed wrong, wrong color handle bar wrapping, misunderstanding of budget on managements end with failure to communicate until two months later when both bikes were finally able to be picked up. If I could give zero stars, I would. This shop had my family’s Ebike for more than two months for something as basic as a tire replacement. First they told my brother they could fix it, then my family dropped it off and they kept pushing back the date—again and again. After finally ordering parts online after going in to see what was taking so long(and charging an inflated price for them), they told us that they would order the parts on amazon. Bought a used Trek bike. After having it for almost a month the chain was popping off and wouldn't switch into the last gear. Took it in, they said it wasn't under warranty since it was used and would be $50 to fix it and it would be ready in day or two. They never have stuff done when they say they will so I called to see if the bike was done, it wasn't. I waited until the next week to pick it up and when I went to pick it up IT WASNT THERE. This is a great shop, but my recent experience has been disappointing. I arranged a custom build with Todd in late 2024, popping in every now and then to check up on it and recently come to find out Jan 25' the bike wasn’t being built for me & was given to a family member instead. This was done without notice, despite his agreement. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I was eagerly waiting for months for a bike that was supposedly being built for me. What a shame
