Randomly got charged an inactivity fee, no notice, no warning. This has been my childhood bank for over a decade I kept as a spare account/emergency. The person I talked to couldn't even help me move my remaining balance to my primary bank to close out my accounts. GBB Just taking money unknowingly from it's clients... Be warned. I'm glad I had a "high" low balance alert that triggered after the money had been removed.
I've been banking at this branch for more than 7 years and not once have I ever had any issues or trouble. The employees have always been friendly, professional and courteous. Whether conducting transactions via the lobby or the drive thru, I have always received exceptional customer service. Of the numerous banking establishments I have utilitized over the years in several different states, Golden Belt Bank in Hays is Number 1 in every way that matters!
