I rolled my ankle pretty badly, which caused me to lose mobility and left me dealing with a lot of soreness. It kept me out of the sport I love for about 7 months. Just wow, I was very hesitant to come in to get acupuncture but I had enough with my different pains and aches. Before coming in for Sports Acupuncture treatments, I was dealing with tightness in leg muscles. This prevented me from playing the game I love.
