Golden Asp--The Best We have had such wonderful service with this boutique--we had two of my grandchildren so pleased with the gowns for local prom,,so impressed took school name so no one else would buy from that boutique to attend that same dance..then another granddaughter bought her beautiful,so different wedding dress,,all the help and tips--were so professional--would tell all to go give them a Look!!
huge selection i love the golden asp. everytime i go there there is always something new. whether you need bridal, prom, tuxedo, accessories, this place has it all. racks and racks of all kinds of dresses. i found both my prom dresses there and loved them and the price. my cousin got married, i bought the most unique of dresses and elegant necklace to go with it from here. the employees are very nice and will help measure. ample parking.
The Best Selection with Great Service After my oldest daughter and wife went to many stores in the Philadelphia area looking for a prom dress a co-worker recommended the Golden Asp and we are still grateful for that advice. Nice dresses, but a bit pricey This boutique provides Formal Wear, bridal wear and tuxedos. A large selection is available although finding sample dresses in larger sizes to try on can be challenging. It was also on the pricey side. The decor was nice...fixed up nicely inside. The staff was friendly and attentive....made you feel special. If you purchase your gown there, seamstress services are available.
Prom Heaven I thought shopping for a Prom gown was going to be HELL!!! But at Golden Asp, they have it down to a science. My daughter tried on 3 gown and decided to go with the first one. We got shoes, jewelry and fabulous service! We were in the store for about 1 hr. They really know their stuff!Prom Heaven IN BENSALEM!!!!
The absolute best prom dress shopping anywhere! I went to a million places with my daughter and her friends and Golden Asp has everything and then some. Plus they have the best help. The girls that work there help you sort through thousands of dresses and never lose patience and believe me we were not easy. Don't waste your time go straight to Golden Asp but go early on Saturday our on a weekday when there are less people in the store.
Bought a beautiful dress for my daughter's junior prom. It cost us $278 + tax. The salesperson assured us that no one else will have the same dress on the same night; however there was another girl wearing exactly the same dress that she also bought at Golden ASP in Bensalem. When i called the store to let them know they just said that they are sorry, didn't offer any reimbursement. Will not buy the dress there for her senior prom. It's better to go somewhere out of town to find the dress.
I spent $350 for a gown that lost most of the beading, after wearing it only 5 hours. I was told that I was probablly "getting too rough while wearing it" (according to a store employee), and that "these things happen." The gown looked terrible and I was unable to wear it the following week to attend another prom. Needless to say, I would NEVER recommend this store!
