Absolutely do not trust this person with your phone. I came in with a minor screen crack and a fully functional phone—no black screen issues, no Face ID problems, no touchscreen issues, nothing. After this “repair,” my screen was poorly installed and literally lifted off. When I lightly touched it, my phone went completely black and became unusable. Andrew is awesome.. he is totally on point and.. H O N E S T! I have a 12 Pro Max and the Apple Store told me it was basically worthless.. i called him asking if he would buy it for $100 and he asked why i would sell it for so low.. long story short, he informed me that the back is fixable and now i have a brand new looking 12 Pro Max! Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. It took a few minutes to repair the broken screen of my iphone. He's extremely helpful and took a look at my old phone that had some technical issues. Very reasonable price as well. Highly recommend this place!
