It would be nice if occasionally those in charge of the center would express to their members about making a little effort to make new members feel welcome. My Mom moved here from Florida. I convinced her to join the center to meet new people. When she signed up, the lady in the office was very nice, and Mom was feeling happy about joining. That feeling did not last though.
