We had taken our dogs there twice last year and was great, no issues. This year, communication was a little lacking, but was fine. We took them, this time, the kennel building smelled pretty bad, we didn't think much of it. Picked the dogs up, kennel still smelled really bad. I wasn't too thrilled to see we got charged an extra day, when I asked, he said no, he was right. We've brought our dogs there now for the second time. No issues. They are great to work with and all 4 dogs were well taken care of. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future.
