We had our gold and silver IRA’s with Goldco for 3 years. At that time we chose to move our funds to a different administrator. Goldco took 2 weeks to return my phone call to cash gold and silver in so we could move these $$. When I called our supposed customer rep she said request was made…after a week of no response I called again and was told 1 to 1 1/2 weeks was industry standard and to be patient. I have been trying to verify my account with Goldco for 3 years. My dad passed away 3 years ago and he opened an account with Goldco years ago. When he passed I inherited gold and silver from him. Goldco required paperwork from us and we provided them with the paperwork they requested. Still to this day I cannot get in touch with anyone. When I call Goldco I can only get ahold of Sales.
