The worst customer service I have ever experienced
The communication was incredible! I spoke with several agents who were all very well informed, courteous and professional. I would say in my 5 decades involved with the business world GoldCo is the exception.
Efficient and gave information on kind of metals, even had a good sense of humor
Arthur was absolutely fabulous. He was knowledgeable, patient and very pleasant to work with. I had an issue with my Fed Ex check not arriving the day it was supposed to and Fed Ex was not helpful in trying to identify the issue. Arthur helped to calm and reassure me that it would be found, and it was. He called me immediately upon being notified the check had arrived and we met 30 minutes later to identify the precious metals I wanted to purchase. He is a definite asset to Goldco and I cannot thank him enough!
First time gold and silver purchase. The process was explained and easy to follow. i am happy with my decision to purchase my metals from Goldco.
