I am a CPA and have dealt with numerous collection agencies and attorneys in my 25 year career on behalf of clients. This firm was professional, courteous, responsive and accommodating. I realize that circumstances cause otherwise good people to fall behind on their bills and end up in collection. That does not give the collection agency the right to be abusive.
