Run and do it far and fast, once your case is settled and they get the check you contact them and they give you the run around while they hold onto your portion of the money. If you are having the same issue contact the state auditor and report them to their board for misconduct. I did receive my portion of the settlement but I wonder when they had actually received the settlement check. I called them thinking I'd have the best legal team to represent myself and my family during these most difficult times. Unfortunately I'm strongly feeling as if this might not be that extra help in which it was initially perceived to be. Especially since a single father with four small children. I have no family and nowhere to go in less then 48 hrs. Been calling this number and others since friday3-4-2022 Today is Tuesday 3-8-2022. They never return phone calls I have to keep calling to get my check. No one knows what the other is doing. No one helps or even try to help you find the answer or a solution. Worst experience ever! I don't recommend them to anyone.

Over 4 months waiting for the check I call, the receptionist leaves messages in the system and nobody answers the messages
