Truck 516....in Arizona (I-40 E/B Kingman area) today...blocking the left lane with traffic blocked for miles behind him climbing one of the hills. Once he clears the hill, he's riding the bumpers of the cars that were doing the posted speed limit of 75. Very unsafe driver! Hopefully, DOT catches up with him at some point.
