I called as I needed sleeves shortened on my coat for an event. I called on Wednesday and asked if there was any way to have it done by Friday morning. Irina told me that would be no problem. It was actually done within 24 hours and I had it Thursday afternoon. I was so impressed with the quick turnaround and the quality of the job. I definitely recommend!!
