Thieves!!!!! Can’t get on to my account. I’m out!
I am very frustrated with Goldstar. Understandably, due to an investment that went bad, not their fault, there is only a total of $1.22 in my accounts and Goldstar wants to charge me 2 x $150 in Maintenance Fees. This, is after I was told by one person a couple weeks ago that since the investment was marked down, that there would be no Fees. I'm sure there is some way that out of kindness and appropriate business conduct they could waive these Fees in this case. There is nothing to maintain and no work on their part. It's ju... read more
