Both GoldStar and Birch Gold are nothing more than Licensed Thieves. You lose 50% of what you invest and will never recover this amount. Their Customer service is absolutely horrible. Phone calls are not returned, the CS agents have really bad attitudes. I'll be truly amazed if I will actually receive any monies after closing this account.
