This company totally misrepresents its process. Allow loopholes to put the screws on anyone trying to do an in-kind transfer to a new custodial. They interpret the forms they request the new custodian provide so they can delay and fee someone. It’s the perfect game that allows no customer service to be properly trained even though you asked for 8 months ahead of time. *Update* After posting this review, Goldstar reached out and refunded me the most recent late fee. I appreciated this, and for that reason I am updating this review and shifting my opinion of them from 1 to 3 stars. I am leaving the original review below because I think it is important for people to be aware of this policy so they can mark their calendars to stay on top of annual fees and prevent the issue I had.
