The people that run this “trust” enable Ponzi scheme manufacturers to hold their fake money and fake accounts that show old amounts of money when in actuality there is nothing in them. Then have the audacity to try and charge fees on the accounts. I would give zero stars if it was an option. Recently it took me 46 days to cash out my mothers small IRA with this company so that I could get her medicaid approved. During this period of delays and mistakes the nursing home charged us nearly $17000 for her care. Thanks Goldstar
Terrible don’t waste your time and money
This is the second time they said they sent a bill for storage fees an I didn't get . They tacked on another $50. I am going to start to take out my investment.
My mother had money invested with Gold Star through a church bond. Problem # 1: WHY would a representative sell a 67 year old widow a 30 year bond without having her name a beneficiary? Poor service! Problem # 2: It has been over 2 months since I started the process of disbursement to heirs. Over a month ago I sent in the ORIGINAL death certificate and PR paper issued by the court, as requested.
