Poor brokerage. Complete waste of time
We had a very poor experience working with Christian K. Ward at Gold Star Transportation Inc. Our driver was stuck waiting at the shipper for an extended period, and there was little to no concern or communication from their side. The load was picked up on Friday with the expectation of a same-day delivery, but it was changed to a Monday delivery, forcing the truck to sit over the weekend.
