There is so much going on right now with me going in and out of the hospital that I am not able to even work to pay my bill and they ended up going to my grandmothers after the fact that they know my new address to look for me. She blocked in my sister twice to stop them from leaving just ta ask about me and they even left me threading voicemails. I’m just waiting for them to come to my place so I can get the law involved because they way they are handling the situation isn’t the right way.

The manager try's to belittle you when your credit history is not so great. Instead of a yes or no they try to embarrass you by showing you accounts in collection from years ago. She even said "I don't want to be in this list" as if the accounts went to collections willingly and on purpose. I made my payments and even refinanced because i needed emergency cash. Beware of this company, for those that don’t make their payment, they literally come to your house and threaten the person that owes, for payment if not repo or send manager. Have her on camera.
