I had an account with them off and on for about 15 years. Always great customer service. Always friendly. Willing to work with you if times get tough as long as you keep open communication with them. 100/10 would recommend for anyone needing to borrow.

Worst company to ever do business with Zack And Karen are the worst people to try to refinance your house with most slowest Took these people over 6 months to refinance my house and I kept telling them I was gonna be laid off to have surgery because it kept getting closer and closer after 6 months to the surgery date Pretty close to 7 months by the time I had to have surgery I was signing papers for the refinance and then they do an employment verification check and find out I'm laid off due to the surgery and deny my refina... read more

I called and when the lady answered I said, "Hi, my name is Dacia." and she replied with, "Okay I'm hanging up." and the call ended. Very rude and unprofessional.
