I called to say I will be making a payment late and of course while I was talking Natasha kept talking over me and hung up in my face.
Horrible customer service Tasha was rude she didn't want to give me my receipt after she took my money she lied and said I called her to b word which was a lie but she didn't want to play the recording back from the phone call I would never ever borrow from that place again all I wanted my receipt and she couldn't give it to me she lied and told me she was going to give me my receipt for my final payment and email it and she didn't but they email receipts before.. they threatened me with cops and everything.
