All this company wants to do is keep people in debt. My dad told norma he was going to pay off his loan but she wanted him to refinance. She wouldn't except a check that my mom was going to give them so my dad went back later to leave it in the door. 2 days ago I dropped off a payment I went by there the next day to make a cash payment and my dad went in today to pay off the loan and she still charged him an additional $40 plus dollars.
