Had the courtesy to call and cancel because I was sick. They still charged my credit card and insurance as it was past the 24 hour window. Regardless of "policy" that's a terrible way to treat people who are trying to be courteous and keep their germs away. Guess I should have just gone in sick.
Today was my first time at Gold Pro and I have to say it was an amazing experience. Mew was incredible! I have lots of neck and back issues from a car accident and have had many massages to help my issues, and she used techniques I have never had before. She knew exactly where I needed the most work done! She also was really good at making sure I was comfortable and that the pressure wasn’t overwhelming. Risun was my massage therapist and I can honestly say I’ve never had a more thorough and relaxing massage. Will definitely book with him again. I think a lot of therapists are now trained to not use their hands and thumbs as much but rather their elbows, knuckles, etc. He has great technique working with his hands. Only thing I am questioning is why I wasn’t offered or informed of the first time visitor 10% off perk. Maybe they will make up for it next visit. Overall very nice studio and friendly front desk staff.
I’ve seen Michelle from Gold Pro a few times now and I can honestly say she is easily the best massage therapist I’ve ever seen. She’s exceedingly attentive to your body’s needs, provides excellent advice to help with those nagging aches and pains and has a very friendly, professional and very positive attitude. I recommend her to anyone and everyone!
Been coming for almost a year and has always had the most amazing massage and the conduct of the staff is nothing but professional and caring. I also love their values of supporting their clients and staff!!! Amazing job Gold Pro Massage and Michelle!
