The older man who attends the store is super rude and racist ... very unpleasant his treatment

Needs work. Especially workers.
I went in there to make a firearm purchase. I was greeted by the friendliest older gentleman who helped me select the right firearm for me. The transaction went very smoothly. Pawn shops usually get a bad rap, and people usually write a review to complain. I'm assuming people complain on here because they don't get what they are asking for and they don't know how a pawn shop functions.
