Needs work. Especially workers. REVISED** Since my visit over a year ago things have change. Customer service has improved. The old man shows himself a lot more than before (wasn't around when I would go by over a year ago), prices are low on products, old man helps the best he can. He is a great and awesome person to be around. Shows respect and courtesy. He is helpful to the disabled. Willing to offer great deals. I recommend this place.
Bought a ring recently and the manager was as rude as I've experienced in a while. You don't like your job "Quit" something tells me there's a double standard in customer service depending on the color of your skin. It is Portland Texas after all. I would never return to that location.
I can’t believe how many people have given this shop 1star?! The owner and the gentleman who works the counter are amazing people and easy to work with. These people are complaining about the smallest thing and giving this small family owned business a bad name all because they’re little babies throwing a tantrum. If you can’t handle the blunt response then this shop isn’t for you but if you’re wanting to do serious business and a bang for your buck? How about not being rude straight off the back or being defensive.
The older man who attends the store is super rude and racist ... very unpleasant his treatment
