I bought a guitar from them, online, through their online pawn site called Buya. I called them on the phone to check things out and they were very helpful. After the sale, I called with a shipping question and a guy named Lonny called me personally and left me a message answering my question. I also told them they didnt need to rush the delivery but they literally packed it and had it on the truck the same day. They were very fast and very supportive.
