Front Desk Clerk had a disappointing attitude. I hope this will stop. Chooses who they liked to be booked. Race is an issue. I hope the manager/owner will pay attention to our concerns.RMT is good except this clerk who are manipulative. I won’t recommend this place anymore.
Yesterday, I booked a 1-hour massage, but I only received 35 minutes. They still charged me for the full hour, claiming that because it was my first time, they needed to register my information, which took up part of the session. However, I don't see how filling out my information should be counted as part of my massage.
