Officially my favorite place in Rochester. Had such an amazing experience here, can’t wait to return. The owner was kind and attentive start to finish—and my back has never felt better. Even the small adjustments she made on the table for better body/spine position made a huge difference, she is clearly so knowledgeable and experienced.
I have had two incredible experience at Gold Leaf Spa with Kate! She is absolutely amazing — incredibly professional, genuinely friendly, and truly skilled at what she does. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. She knows exactly how to work out the tension while creating a relaxing and welcoming environment. The atmosphere at the spa is so calming and peaceful, and those hot towels? Honestly, they’re my favorite part — such a perfect touch! Kate is the real deal!

Been going here for many years-- I always have a great experience. Kate is always super kind and flexible with her schedule too. (A couple of rare occasions I have had to cancel last minute due to something outside my control-- and she always works with me even if it means she can't fill the appointment with someone else. I don't know too many solo-practices that do that without a charge and a warning!)
