So far my experience has been very good. Howard has been helpful and patient with me and the system and agencies or agency to process my vaccine claim. When I call or email he responds very fast. The only problem is the wait and that’s due to the timing of Covid-19 and the long periods of quarantine which he isn’t responsible for, that has slowed down the process. His kindness and knowledge I find reassuring . He gets a thumbs up from me👍 Sincerely Alan Coker
