The gentleman (younger guy) there was extremely helpful and patient with me. He did true testing of the jewelry that I brought in and right in front of me. Explained everything, was kind, polite and very understanding. Talked with me during everything, very nice. Worked with me with pricing and time. Clean, friendly store. Not uncomfortable at all. Would definitely recommend you try here first. I would certainly go back if I should ever need to. Ask for Dmitry. Nice guy.
