Slots were cold!
Lisa Swick did a wonderful job with a not so fun situation. Her guest service and willingness to create a positive experience for her guests shows and I will definitely return. I've been to the black hills several times to ride, relax, and recharge. This was my first time in Deadwood. Thank you for addressing my concerns quickly and fairly Lisa. My wife and I will definitely be back!
