Good day I went to this branch, and I was greeted with two tellers to open a NON - PROFIT account and I had all of the credentials that is mandatory by the STATE OF PA. So, I gave the tellers ALL the DOCUMENTS that are required by the USA government of law to open an account. They said OKAY and its lunch time so go get a bite for a half hour and we'll have all your package together when you get back. Opened a personal account with this credit union and I love the staff. The staff are very friendly and helpful and we are speaking as a customer service auditor.
After being with Gold for a while, and having a debit card that actually worked, they became United Federal Credit Union. Now if I want to buy something online or in person it's like playing Russian roulette with 5 out of 6 bullets in the chamber. Will my card decline this time? Probably. I shouldn't have to call you every time I want to use my card, are you my mom giving me an allowance? I love this local credit union. The only problem i have is the hours are very inconvenient for me and they dont work on the weekends and also i wish they had a atm machine outside the building.
